Carmel is a congregational church. We are led by a team of fifteen elders who are appointed by the church and who are led by the Senior Pastor.

Carmel is a church that is congregationally-governed, elder-led and deacon-served. At Carmel, major decisions are made by the church while the elders and committees make some decision on their own and guide and lead the church in her decision-making process.

The Fellowship of Deacons serves the Carmel Family by leading in prayer and service. Their ministries include prayer, visitation and widows care.

The standard and guide for all of our decisions as a church is the Word of God.
