She has experience working within a family systems framework to help navigate through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life-stage transitions, parenting struggles, low self-esteem/core worth, and relationship challenges. Her theory of therapy is influenced by her relationship with God, life experiences, and her training as a counselor which includes an emphasis in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Attachment Theory. Her work with couples includes the use of the Prepare/Enrich assessment as a certified facilitator, as well as core concepts from Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Kellie has a passion for helping people find their inner strength as they journey towards healing and wholeness.
