Special Permit Parking

The parking area closest to the Main Entrance is now designated for those who have a Handicap placard or license plate issued by the DOT or Carmel. Beginning Sunday, June 5, only cars with either of these designations may park in this lot.  If you do not have a DOT permit but are in need of a parking space closer to the entrance for health or physical reasons, you can apply for a Carmel special permit. Email Rhonda Chandler ( ) to apply for a Carmel special permit placard or pick up a paper application at one of the Welcome Desks.

Building Use Policy 

Carmel Baptist Church is committed to the use of its campus and building as an integral part of its total mission of ministering to the whole person in the congregation, in the community, and in the world. The Building and Grounds Use Policy for Non-Church Functions sets forth the guidelines and procedures required to reserve any part of this facilities for a non-church function.
