Worship Ministry Associate
Tina has worked in a church setting since 1998 as both a music director and media technician. She has led and written arrangements for choirs, orchestras and praise bands. She is a wonderful vocalist and plays keyboards and trumpet. Tina’s husband, Jeremy, is also a musician; their giant cat, Kalumma, not so much. At Carmel, Tina oversees the praise band and orchestra and assists other ministries with worship discipleship. From the time she was 5 and sang with a group called The Joy Beams, music has been a part of life for Tina.
Angela leads the "Neighbors" initiatives at Carmel developing and implementing strategies to equip and send the church into our community. Her work experience as an advocate and program manager, primarily in non-profit and government settings, with a focus on older adults and persons with disabilities gives her unique insight into what it means to serve our neighbors. She and husband, Jonathan, have 2 preschoolers, Luke and Elise. The other child is Murphy, a playful black lab! Angela is a talented musician who plays in the CBC orchestra and has performed in 7 operas - both Italian and English!
Ashley assists with the oversight of visual and online communications both within Carmel and in the surrounding community. This includes weekly email newsletters, event graphic/logo design and website maintenance. Ashley is married to Chris and they have a precious pup named Chloe! When not working, we enjoy spending time with our family and friends and watching whatever sport is in season, but my personal favorite is college basketball - Go Tar Heels!

Preschool Ministry Associate
Peggy is the welcoming presence for parents and teachers weekdays at WEE School and for the Sunday morning Preschool Ministry. You will find Peggy caring for not only the preschoolers, but also their parents - especially moms. She has two married children and 4 grandchildren and is blessed to have them all living nearby. Preschoolers think of lollipops when they see Peggy. At summer camp for twos, created through much planning for crafts, stories and snacks, all the kids really wanted was a "lollipop"...yes, Peggy gave them one!
