Consider the Connections Class

The Connections Class is a four-week, small-group experience led by our Connections Team that is designed to help you move from simply attending Carmel to being connected to what God is doing through Carmel. You’ll learn what Carmel’s all about and how you can be part of what God is doing here! The first three weeks will be spent in groups, and the final week is an opportunity to talk with one of our pastors to explore membership. If you are new to Carmel, have been attending for a while, or are connected but not a member, this is your next step. Pre-registration is required. Visit the Carmel Room and to learn about upcoming dates and how to sign up.

Connected to Christ as Your Savior

Everyone’s greatest need is the forgiveness of sin and restoration of a relationship with the one True God. Through Jesus Christ, God has provided the only way to salvation. By turning from sin and trusting in Christ, a person receives the gift from God of forgiveness and restoration of relationship. If you have questions about God’s offer of salvation, please ask a member of our team in The Carmel Room contact us by email at .

Connected to Christ in Community

We were not created to walk alone in our Christian life. God designed us to connect with others and follow Christ together. One of the best ways to get connected at Carmel is through our Discipleship Communities (DCs). These groups, which meet on Sunday mornings, help equip you to live an abundant life in Christ. You can view a listing of our Discipleship Communities here, talk with a member of our team in The Carmel Room or email  for more information.

Identify with Christ in Baptism

After you accept Christ as Savior, God wants you to grow in your relationship with Him. Following Jesus in believer's baptism is an important next step of identifying with Christ. For details on what we mean by Believer's Baptism, click here. If you would like to speak to someone about baptism, please visit  The Carmel Room to talk with a member of our team about your decision to be baptized.

We celebrate the ordinance of baptism on the last Sunday of each month. If you are ready to be baptized and have spoken with a pastor or member of our team in the Carmel Room, then you will be contacted by email with baptism registration information. If you have any questions please email us at .

Connect with Carmel through Church Membership

Membership at Carmel is the opportunity to connect to others on our mission to make disciples of those Nearest, our Neighbors, and the Nations. Members help each other walk daily with Christ through encouragement and support. Members:

  • Worship together regularly with the Carmel family
  • Participate in a Discipleship Community
  • Pray for the Church and the leaders
  • Serve according to the leading and gifting of the Holy Spirit
  • Invest in the ministry by giving and living generously.

If you wish to become a Carmel member, please stop by the Carmel Room Sunday Mornings and speak to a member of our Connections Team or email us at .
