After a season of staying home with her three children, Christina returned to Carmel Counseling Center resuming her work with adolescent girls, families, single women and additionally young couples and young moms. Her areas of focus include a variety of issues including self-esteem, anxiety, depression, loss, life transitions, relational communication and parenting. Christina approaches counseling from an integrative perspective combining a Biblical worldview with psychological principles. Her desire is to help individuals and families face brokenness and life challenges with gospel-centered hope while helping them implement practical measures to bring about restoration and change.
