ABLE Living Resources
Our mission is to make disciples of those Nearest, our Neighbors and the Nations. (Matt 28:18-20/Acts 1:8) . We make disciples by equipping, encouraging, and challenging believers to cultivate “ABLE” lives. Lives that:
- Abide in Christ (John 15)
- to Build relationships with the lost and found (John 13:35)
- and Live the gospel in word and deed (Colossians 3:17)
- with Everything we are and have (2 Timothy 2:1; Ephesians 4:11-16)
Our desire is to partner with you as we live ABLE lives. As we partner together, we want to give you tools to use. Below is a list of resources that we pray will be helpful in equipping you to follow the call of the Lord in your relationship with Him and with others! If you would like to start a conversation, have a suggestion for a topic, or a question you would like for us to engage, we would love to hear from you at .

ABIDING
The idea of “abiding in Christ” can sometimes feel a little unrealistic in light of the pull of daily life and responsibilities. As Pastor Alex frequently shares, abiding includes rhythms, habits and actively choosing to live a life of obedience to Jesus’ command, which requires spending time in His Word. Carmel staff have put together some of their favorite resources that have been helpful as they strive to live ABLE lives, beginning with “Abide.”

That is why we are excited to share these resources below to encourage and equip you as parents. These parent equipping articles and videos will explore key topics families deal with in areas such as parenting, communication, spiritual growth, emotional health, technology, and life skills.
