Conflict and persecution cause tens of thousands of people to flee their homes every day. They must leave everything behind as they try to find a place of safety for their families. Here, at home in NC, we can often feel unsure how to best serve with compassion. Carmel’s local ministry partner, Project 658, is hosting a night of learning how we can serve the nations right here at home. This event will be held at Wellspring Church off of Sardis Road North. Together we will explore how we can reach out with compassion and serve both the physical and emotional needs of Charlotte’s refugee & immigrant families, as well as, reflect the love of Jesus in a tangible, powerful way.
