“Now as we have many parts in one body, and all the parts do not have the same function, in the same way, we who are many are one body in Christ and individually members of one another.” – Romans 12:4-5
Church membership at Carmel is an invitation to become part of a thriving family, not just a formality. We think church membership is a really big deal.
God created us to live in community and to minister, serve, and care for each other in the context of relationships. The pathway to membership builds that foundation.
This path begins by registering for an upcoming Connecting @ Carmel class. Registration is required.
God created us to live in community and to minister, serve, and care for each other in the context of relationships. We would love to get to know you better and for you to know Carmel better. The pathway to membership is pretty simple.
This 3-session class meets on three consecutive Sunday mornings and is designed to help those new to Carmel discover our mission, strategy, and ministry goals. It also provides an opportunity to connect with others.
Anyone in 7th grade and up who wants to find out more about Carmel’s mission, strategy, and ministry goals.
Affirming Carmel’s Statement of Faith helps strengthen unity within the church body. It provides a set of foundational values and beliefs that are essential for a supportive and thriving community.
In the meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with the pastor, share your personal story, and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. This connection is valuable as it allows us to get to know one another before committing to membership.
