Carmel is seeking to fill the following positions:

Special Needs Ministry Associate 

We are now looking to fill the position of the part-time Special Needs Ministry Associate. Formal training and experience in special education is strongly preferred. Must have experience with word processing, spreadsheets and email, preferably with Google Apps. At least 2 years experience with individuals affected by disabilities is preferred. Experience with event planning is desired. Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written. The position will be 25 hours per week and will include working on Sunday mornings. Preschool Associate Minister

We are looking for a full time Preschool Associate Minister to join our Preschool Leadership Team. Are you called to ministry with a passion for families of preschoolers? Our best candidate would be someone who is able to lead others to lead well and who loves investing in children from birth through kindergarten. This position will provide oversight, leadership and implementation of ministry programs for children, from birth through kindergarten. Bachelor’s degree is required. Classes related to child development and early childhood education are preferred. Must be familiar with current trends and developments in Christian education, particularly with preschoolers. Men & Women’s Ministry Assistant – part-time

We are looking for a part-time Ministry Assistant to provide administrative support for our Men’s & Women’s ministries. Must have a servant’s heart and eye for details, as well as have proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, internet and database management. The position will be 25 hours per week but must be able to work the hours and days/evenings necessary to complete the essential functions of the position. Carmel Childcare Team Member

Do you have a desire to care for children in a Christ-centered workplace? Consider joining our Childcare Team that provides care for children during Bible studies and special events at Carmel Baptist Church throughout the year.
