AWAKEN: THE MEANING OF MARRIAGE

As women, our days spin around busy schedules, commitments and meeting the needs of others. Because we’re pulled in so many directions, we often put our most important earthly relationship, the relationship with our husbands, on the backburner. We operate on “auto-pilot”, missing the deep friendship and abundance that God intends in our marriages.

This winter, Awaken will focus on how we can practically breathe life back into our marriages. Armed with biblical principles and extensive research, we’ll uncover new insights into the unique way our husbands are wired and how we can discover the fulfillment God intends within the true meaning of marriage.

If the rhythm of life and the stress of circumstances have caused your marriage to take a back seat, there’s no better or more important time to focus here. Your reward will come in rediscovering who he is and who you are together, and in discovering that falling in love with Jesus first is the key to a marriage that flourishes. Marriage was never intended to be a fairy tale. It is so much richer than that…marriage is holy ground.

Join us for a Bible Study community that brims with joy and life. Awaken is designed especially for mothers with children birth – young adult. Limited childcare is provided.

BECOMING A WOMAN OF UNDERSTANDING

Discover ways to live with integrity and courage in a broken world. Our identity in Christ provides the framework for understanding that our inner thirst is meant to lead us to God for satisfaction – letting Him fill us from the inside out. We will learn how to encourage women as they work through struggles and apply truths from God’s Word. We’d love for you to join us for this discussion oriented Scripture-based study!

As believers in Christ, our identity has been radically changed. We are adopted as sons and daughters into the family of God. What does it look like to live out our identity in Christ? This study equips us to gain a deeper understanding of the gospel and God’s unmerited favor towards His people. Join us as we learn together!

Crossroads

We are a diverse group of believers who do life together. Our class is very interactive and discussive. We do social events and mission projects together. We keep in touch throughout the week and share what is going on in our lives.

David’s Heart

Our group is made up of singles, couples, and people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. We fellowship, study God’s word, and worship together by signing hymns.

Digging Deeper

We are currently doing various studies through books of the Bible along with some topical studies. We engage in social activities and service opportunities throughout the year.

E3 stands for: “Encourage Believers, Equip the Saints, and Engage the Culture.” We often study books of the Bible, led by Janie Eriksen whose in depth teaching fosters a participatory environment.

Echo

We are a community who seeks to imitate and reflect the things of God to the people we encounter and the families God has given us. Our group consists of mostly 2-parent families, with biological, foster, and adopted children. We lead a conversation-style discussion through a study that requires no homework. We have regularly-scheduled social times, both coed and separate.
