Broadus/Pillmore/Wright

Sundays @ 11:00am, Room A240. We are a group of young marrieds/young families. We share life with one another throughout the week, and enjoy some social gatherings throughout the year.

Childcare is available through Preschool, CarmelKidz  and Student Ministries.

Calcutta/Kortekaas

Sundays @ 11:00am, in room A219. We are a diverse group of believers who do life together. Our class is very interactive and discussive. We do social events and mission projects together. We keep in touch throughout the week and share what is going on in our lives.

Capell/Sieber

Sundays @ 9:30am, Room A105. We have a mix of married and widowed people who faithfully care and pray for one another as we live out the gospel in community

Cousins/Sylvester

Sundays @ 9:30am, Room A206. We are a community that seeks to know God more, deepen our understanding of His Word, and support one another as we disciple our children. Our group consists of mainly two-parent families with school-aged children. We lead a conversation-style discussion through a study that requires no outside reading. We gather socially for activities both with and without our kids.

Sundays @ 9:30am, Room A239. A small group of senior adult men using Lifeway’s “MasterWorks” curriculum to study God’s Word and encourage one another as we live life together.

Dabels/Nelson

Sundays @ 11:00am, Room A239. We are a group of ladies studying God’s Word together. We do Bible book studies and other book studies. We are currently studying Lifeway’s “Masterworks” curriculum.

Eriksen/Kilcoin

Sundays @ 9:30am, Room A219. E3 stands for: “Encourage Believers, Equip the Saints, and Engage the Culture.” We often study books of the Bible, led by Janie Eriksen whose in depth teaching fosters a participatory environment.

Goldman

Sundays @ 9:30am, Room A244. We are an intergenerational kinship of singles, couples and families who are tethered to God through authentic community.

Gospel of John – Savoring the peace of Jesus in a chaotic world

TUESDAY EVENINGS @ 6:30 – 8:00pm

Life. It seems to move at a break-neck pace. Days are filled with noise, screens, and appointments. Sometimes worry and fear are constant companions. The chaos can leave you looking for a place to be still, but that resting spot always seems to be an elusive destination. Jesus offers a different kind of life. He offers peace. He is peace.

In this 7-session study on the Gospel of John, Melissa Spoelstra will encourage you to slow down and linger with the living Word. You’ll appreciate the pace of the Savior who never hurried but completed all that the Father called Him to accomplish. As you turn the pages of John’s Gospel, you’ll be challenged to take on the posture of a learner—understanding that the peace Jesus offers is not an ease of circumstances, but a stillness of the soul. As a result, you’ll grow in intimacy with Him and learn to live, serve, and rest in His peace. We’d love for you to join us for this discussion oriented, Scripture-based study!
