Kris Shields began her journey at Carmel in 2003 and has served in several ministry roles. She currently is the Generations Assistant at Carmel Baptist Church. Her main role is to come alongside Pastor Patrick McCrory to organize ministry events, and to support the Mosaic Style With Love store on Independence Blvd. She also assists in other ministries at Carmel as well.
Kris not only works full-time for a pastor, she is also married to a pastor! She and her husband Dale have been married for over 45 years. They have two grown sons, a daughter-in-love and two beautiful grandchildren.
