Our love for one another in the body of Christ comes before loving the world. Our love for one another is for the glory of God. Righteousness is a byproduct of love Love needs to be practiced 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 Love isn’t a feeling, but an act of the will. Spiritual disciplines are so important. God’s love already abides in you. Spiritual disciplines do not get us more favor with God. Disciplines are the practical side of abiding. We should celebrate conviction When we confess, God reveals the darkness of our heart and brings it to the light. Conviction is from the Holy Spirit, but condemnation is from the devil. Confession completes joy. The ideal place to practice confession is in corporate worship When we practice biblical love (1 Cor 13:4-8), it prepares us for the next time crisis happens. “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” (John 13:34-35)
