Mark 3:13-20
Pastor Alex focused on the calling of the 12 Apostles in Mark 3:13-20.  Because the apostles were appointed by Jesus they were special men chosen to help Jesus preach and minister to many in need. But they were also ordinary men who lived ordinary lives but lived with one purpose to uplift the name of Jesus.  The apostles lived the words of Isaiah the prophet “we wait for you; your name and renown is the desire of our heart” (Isaiah 26: 8).

Final Thought:
It is okay to be ordinary.  It is nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed about.  Perhaps, an ordinary life in the end when it is all said and done is a reMarkable one when living for the One and Only—Jesus.
God’s best to you this week!
